I found an advertisement on Indeed and applied. Had a phone call with Rachel, and she got me enrolled on a course at the Adult Education centre in Grimsby
What have you done through ERA and ZLTO social action jobs? E.g. training, work trials, employment, social action community jobs?
I did a 2 week job trial with LQCS and got a full time job
What has changed for you since then?
I am now in full time employment
How has this and the staff at ERA, helped you develop?

My confidence has increased. I am really enjoying working towards my new career
What would you say to a friend about how ERA can help them?
ERA got me enrolled on a course and helped me to gain rewarding employment. Rachel has been a great help. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
