So who are
Ethical Recruitment Agency?
ERA is a socially responsible employment agency for North East Lincolnshire – all of our surplus is used to support community projects and our members. We have listened to what people want and developed an employment agency that does things a little differently.
Developed by Centre4, we are community-led and we provide a personalised service to help people get in to work. To do this we support local people to:
- find temporary and permanent jobs,
- gain the right skills for local job opportunities through training
- get valuable experience and build confidence through community projects and overcome barriers they may have, either getting, or staying in, employment

OUR VALUES
Investing in people
At the heart of ERA is a belief that we should invest in people to help them become the work ready worker that businesses are looking for. We do this through training and encouraging involvement in community projects as well as by placing people into temporary and permanent employment. If we do this successfully we help the local area to become economically and socially stronger. Any surplus we make is reinvested in the skills and personal development of our members and into community projects.
