Do you want to be part of an exciting project which aims to offer a different prescription for people living with long-term health conditions?
Thrive.nel is a social prescribing service for people with long term health conditions. We have an opening for a Business Support position that sits within this amazing team, based at Centre4, which is an established vibrant Community Hub that provides office rental, room hire and various services/facilities to the community of NEL.
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to work as part of our very busy team. This role is an integral part of the Thrive team and it is essential that you have excellent customer service and can work in a very demanding environment. Your role will be based in the office where you will be responsible for our social media page, inputting of data onto spreadsheets, managing diaries, collating figures, document production, attending meetings and taking minutes and general administration. In addition you will also have responsibility for a number of varied duties which will require the use of Microsoft Excel and Word as well as providing support on the duty advice line.
The successful applicant should have: excellent written and verbal communication skills including working knowledge of IT packages such as Outlook, Word, Teams etc.; the ability to have positive and supportive relationships with the team, a strong commitment to team working with a proven ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake a DBS check, cost will be met by Centre4.
